    The good thingsColleagues are great. Working hours are perfect. Location is good. Overall not a very bad experience if you are a new graduate.
    The challengesThe REAL Management needs to do something about the FAKE Management. Proper SOP and standardize other procedures. 'Head of Office' to not micromanage staff/ showing empowerment. Equity towards all employees. Salary to credit on time.

    The challengesNot accepting improvement advices from staffs, manual works and unwilling to invest in IT system
