Disappointed with Top Management and School Management. Good for RetireeThe good things- Work Life Balance if you have well balanced portfolio.
- Previous role in HR, no Work Life Balance, OT everyday. Have to bring home to do also. On Leave and MC also must work. So much work, yet direct reporting officer also does not see it.
The challenges- Top Management is blind
- The so-called Managers/Directors does not have problem solving skills, not daring to make decision.
- A LOT of backlogs if you are unlucky. Took me 4 months to clear with OT. And unexpectedly always having something from the previous year popping up for actions required.
- Everywhere needs Cert. People does your salary according to cert + experience and not your capability.
