    The challengescontract role so you don't have a FT civil servant benefits. approval process for work is tedious. would be great if contract staff is involved in procurement/awarding of agency role.

    Great Job!
    The good thingsFriendly environment with many like-minded colleague that working in team, helping each other. We have a lots staff welfare monthly, that bond staffs from different department strongly. Understanding upper management that make work even more enjoyable.
    The challengesMeeting deadline for exhibition opening and rectify structural defects in the exhibition hall under stressful manner. This took time and a lots patient, so to put up a near to perfect work.
