Well paid to do rubbish work that no other company will give you. Hence you have difficulty finding job elsewhere.
The good thingsThe Money.. bonus.. Work life balance.
The challengesManagement has no direction. Executives are functioning more like managers than the managers.. except for few very capable managers, who drive their department well.

    Micro-management
    The good thingsJust the salary
The challengesNo career progression for MSWs as the highest position one can go is Senior MSW. No supervision. Clinical skills will deteriorate over time. Top management loves to micro manage especially towards C&C department.
