    The good thingsquite flexible, and the bosses higher up really cares about your wellbeing. introduces mental well being days and introduces counsellling sessions. bosses will also groom you to take on more responsibilities and recognise your work and promote you
    The challengesno flexben, they removed it :( but sometimes they have staff benefits such as free icecream, chips etc (queue and collect at a designated place on a specific day)
