    The good thingsGood place to retire
    The challenges- Can't take annual leave if Reporting Officer (RO) doesn't like you because your leave is subject to approval by your RO. - Not sure how computer illiterate personnel are able to be hired here (i.e. not knowing how to share OneDrive folders, not knowing how to insert pictures in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, etc.), like I said, good place to retire. - Takes 1 day MC in a year, gets labeled as 'lazy', 'always not around'. P.S. every employee is entitled to 14 days of MC in a year. - Unhelpful colleagues depending on your project.

    Bosses are excellent, they event can come down to teach things in the event you are stuck in somethings.

    Overall this is a good company for a fresh graduate and newcomers.
    The good thingsThe work environment is fun and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming.
    The challengesSalary wise is a low compare to other company. The management is not good always mislook the staff. There is no pay if you work overtime. Overload worked.

    The good thingsGreat employee training opportunities under the NuCleuS program, with plenty of opportunities to help government agencies with useful IT systems. Employees have a lot of autonomy regarding how to allocate their time and steps to take to accomplish their tasks.
    The challengesLearning agility is necessary since you can't tell what version of what systems will be relevant to your assigned project.
