    It was an eye-opening experience.

The challengesI would prefer not to discuss this.

Competitive, will reward good performing staff well, comparable to AWS/Meta/Google type of company.
The good thingsLeadership, HR, cleanliness... almost everything is perfect if you know how to ask for it. Do not expect to be given free things, most of bad reviews here are from low position/slackers. I got to solutions arch in around 6 years with barely any OT. Think about it: there is no OT if you finish your job on time. Study hard and think hard if you want to join NCS. Largest southeast asia tech company by a large margin for a reason. Also since NCS is partnered with Faang companies, make sure to network around, can easily get into those companies if you have experience using their products in NCS. FYI: NCS had a massive change in management so most of the reviews older than 2022 will not apply anymore.
The challengesIf you are not good - you won't get promoted & work long hours. Competitive because of the sheer amount of people working here, you must stand out quite a lot to get promoted. Don't skip after work-hours meetings, leaves a bad impression. Like I said above, you must ask for things that you want. No one will care for you, you are not a child, and no one is your mother once you start working.

Good memories, learnt a lot about professional presentation in customer service and how the good and the bad are shared among various levels of IT support.
The good thingsAmazing colleagues, wise and decisive boss, good starting location and pay
The challengesLong hours, OT is a given during peak periods (e.g. app and server downtime encountered by clients).
