    Nice overall environment and work culture.
    The good thingsNot much politics, colleagues are pretty much nice and helpful. Casual, everyone here communicates on a daily basis and it doesn't feel like a work environment, just pretty much a big family. Interesting challenges overall and I have achieved skills that are transferable and not just skills that are needed in the current position that I am in. This skill set can be used in many roles and departments in the future.
    The challengesHaving to learn to use the new company system, learning to understand the different brands that we are dealing with and what products are our company's bestselling items. Having to do almost everything because the company is shorthanded and therefore being able to learn new things everyday really helps me to look forward to work everyday.
