    The good thingsThe only good thing about working in this company is being provided with uniform from the brand itself other than that nothing else.
    The challengesHierarchy based procedure which makes processes of daily tasks, important keynotes of sales difficult to process as there were to autonomous decision allowed to employees.

    A memorable experience I will never forget
    The good thingsThe staff, the environment was really great. It was also easy to remember the products over at New balance.
    The challengesThe challenges was that I need to be on my toes constantly & not slack around as there is a CCTV camera looking at how we do our work.

    Good working environment to learn
    The good thingsfriendly working environment and training will be provided, good to fresh to join. Around 3 days off on weekend can company with family for every month. The pressure is normal for who want to earn the extra commission. But compare to other retail has better medical compensation and annual leave. But compare to other retail has better medical compensation and annual leave.
    The challengeslong working hours, depends the shop to earn the commission not 100% can get com every month. It's not easy to apply leave if you work with store manager with lesser experience. Sometimes office is not really can support the sales or make the wrong decision.

    Great employer that cares about his employees!
    The good thingsThere is an atmosphere where the company really appreciates your work and actually tries to implement suggestions you give. Salary can be great if sales targets are met but thats a challenge with the current economy climate. Nevertheless it is a great place to work and a great opportunity to learn and grow!
    The challengesSalary is primarily based on sales targets and with the economy going down the targets are not. Once consumer spending improves again the only challenge will be to make as much sales as possible every day
