    Relaxing Work Culture Makes you Think Better
    The good things1) Colleagues are pretty helpful and easygoing & also my personal supervisor 2) Outside work many entertaining activities and different initiatives taken to distress employees 3) Enjoyed organizing events for different purposes 4) Enjoyed my involvement in different portfolios 5) Enjoyed my financial analytical work, helped me improve my knowledge over various things 6) Made some BFF
    The challenges1) Some cases supervisor don't take adequate step to solve an issue 2) Some staffs are very hard to work with 3) Management should look into more employee benefits scheme 4) Bonus should be given 5) Should increase the opportunity for growth for staff 6) Leadership style should change & it should be transformational, management should be more appreciative & think before they blame a staff
