Bad \"leaders\"The good thingsThe colleagues, cleaners, some of the other department staffs, the convenient location.
The challengesThere are some good & bad, but it’s a stagnant place to work at you will be stuck at the same stage for the rest of your time working in this place.
They don’t recognize staff potentials and rather have the staff leave than listen to your issues and make changes.
Make changes to your rosters without communication with ground staff and expect staff to just follow through.
Treat the working environment like prison, every move is being watched, no hp as it is required to be kept in the locker so if you go for toilet break they will monitor and see whether you are bringing your phones along. Some staffs have medically ill parents and have missed calls from hospitals due to such rules causing them to only be notified hours when they check while on lunch break.
The higher level staffs can just sit and talk for hours laughing and giggling when the manager is not around, and they will “pauto” to the higher management for every single little mistakes you do.
No proper list of information, staffs sometimes have to dig for their own information and proper workflow to do their job smoothly.
If you are accepted and will be working into this department, look out for the cunning supervisor. She will be supeeer nice to your face and will only get all in your business and cause disruption, very insensitive towards other people personal issues and will always compare to herself and make you feel negative. Causing you no motivation to come to work.
