    Assigned for a role with no proper job scopes and expectations. No intention on keeping employee, although employee has real intention to be in the department for long term. HR is not helpful. No misconduct or disciplinary problems by the employee when asked. Few good employees left due to this culture and poor HR support. Causes mental distress because you are expecting long term stay. Not recommended.

    The challengesThe leadership by the department is very poor. Decision to keep an employer based on few individuals. Unclear about directions. HR is not neutral at all

    The challengesBad leadership among team leads and coordinators. Lack of appreciation for ground staffs in clinics. Always shortage of staffs. Almost non- existent hospital perks for staffs. Management - where??

    Challenges of a front line job
    The good thingsThere was good team work as my colleagues and I work together in making sure rules and regulations set by the hospital are met.
    The challengesIt can be quite a challenge when we are met by rude and unpleasant visitors who refuse to adhere to the rules and procedures.
