    Leading to Burnout and Limited Support
    The good thingsBenefit Ok, Great Leadership for some.
    The challengesManagement is largely unhelpful and often shifts workload onto employees without considering capacity or work-life balance. Decisions seem to be driven mainly by profit margins rather than staff wellbeing. There is limited support when teams are understaffed, leading to burnout and low morale. Improvements in management communication, workload planning, and employee care would make a significant difference.

    The good thingsSocial friends after work, supportive team mate, multiracial staff, comfortable office
    The challengesBad management and some of them promoted because close with big boss although they are incapable. Bad welfare, bad salaryyy incrementtt, no work life balance, staff turnover rate is super high, most of existing staff/executive working under pressure especially finance and procurement. System and workflow so messy and it is prolong without improvement for long period (>3 years)

    The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by knowing company standards developing by management and employees are able to know standards of company and they maintain well what ever instructions given by HSE department
    The challengesOne of the challenges I find working with the team here is that publications given by management we emphasize to all employees and maintain well, our team given briefings and monitoring on workplaces will be done in team work
