    The good thingsStaffs doesn't corporate at all and even the higher management choose to believe third party statement without second thoughts and or finding the fact what's happening. While contractor team in charge doesn't even know the basic arrangement to deploy the man power for clients issue to be settle first rather it deploy to settle the management individual matter and up got the clients inconvenient.
    The challengesChallenges is to shift, relocate, changes the entire project management level system into a better and greater system, first is to let the management understand on the matter of what clients really needed and to settle off their issues priority first
