Valuable learning experience with opportunities to improve onboarding for new joiners
The good thingsDuring my time at NTUC LearningHub, I have appreciated the opportunity to work in a structured and fast-paced environment that values operational discipline and teamwork. I enjoyed being involved in daily operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of processes. The exposure to different training operations and working closely with trainers, schedulers, and management has strengthened my coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. I also value the supportive colleagues who were willing to guide and share knowledge, which contributed to my professional growth and understanding of the training and education sector. Overall, the experience has been valuable in developing my operational capabilities and work professionalism.
The challengesThe company offers valuable exposure to large-scale operations and a fast-paced learning environment. However, onboarding for new joiners could be improved with a clear 30-day roadmap, structured shadowing, and a dedicated buddy or mentor. These measures would help new employees adapt faster, receive timely feedback, and understand expectations more clearly, enhancing overall employee experience and operational consistency.

    Experience to enrich learning power
The good thingsBeing very eager to learn further to make my work more effective, this job did gave me the valuable skill to train and understand older workers, workers who have given up hope to progress further in life as well as workers who have stopped learning or were very satisfied with what little they have at work.
The challengesIt could be better if learners were given the opportunity to provide constructive feedback and suggestions on a monthly basis and company be able to review data and try to adjust some of the needs and wants of learners so that they could benefit more from the programs offered by the company,

A great place with great opportunities!
The good thingsThe challenges and opportunities are limitless. The people here are great, very helpful, very cooperative and treat each other with respect. There is work life balance and the company constantly encourages employees to upgrade and expand their portfolio and explore new opportunities in the company. A fun and caring place as well!
The challengesOffices are a distance from each other, Travelling time and cost may be a bit on the high side when you are required to travel for meetings or trainings. The company can be a little bit more open in their communication and should encourage some risk taking in order to grow faster.

The challengesThe staff don't seem to work with passion and they pick and choose their trainers for assignments. There is much favouritism.
