There are way better places for you to be in.
The good thingsThere are people who make your experience great as they’re looking for an equally great experience themselves.
The challengesLow to average pay. Very basic employee rights. Lots of office politics. No company culture. Long hours, no job security and definitely no increment no matter how much work you put in.

    Fast and dynamic environment
The good thingsThe culture in Ogilvy is extraordinary. This was my first time and I've experienced everything I can with it comes to working in a creative agency, fast, dynamic, flexible, passionate and oh so fun!
The challengesAs the company is under the WPP umbrella, it is rather restrictive in terms of our representation. The remuneration is also rather stagnant due to the policies in place for compensations and benefits.

The good thingsFriendly Colleagues and freedom.
The challengesThe system is not stable, buggy and slow while processing. Management has a narrow mind and doesn't really open for suggestion. No SOP or standard workflow. No performance/variable bonus.

Ogilvy SG: you can do worse.
The good things• 1 out of 5 were great people to work with. The rest were either snobs or thought too highly of themselves. • Excellent exposure to international brand • Ogilvy name goes far...outside the office. • Great main office interiors.
The challengesI would have wanted a better local boss. But not like I could choose him, right?
