    Fast and dynamic environment
    The good thingsThe culture in Ogilvy is extraordinary. This was my first time and I've experienced everything I can with it comes to working in a creative agency, fast, dynamic, flexible, passionate and oh so fun!
    The challengesAs the company is under the WPP umbrella, it is rather restrictive in terms of our representation. The remuneration is also rather stagnant due to the policies in place for compensations and benefits.
