    The good thingsMultiple Benefit. Staff meals provide, staff discount. Various claims. Multiple type of leave to claim, don't look at AL only.

    The good thingsI'm learn so much in this hotel as a server and my responsibilities and build up my confident level to move forward to my other step of career. We do work as a team and dealing with guest dispute some time and yes I did face it well , with very good service oriented I'm friendly and approachable and willing to learn more.
    The challengesWhen I have to face some challenging at work I will definitely firgure out and clear matter fast so all of my guest happy.

    The good thingsFellow colleagues and team. The bosses of this company are very approachable and kind. The doors are always open for all kind of suggestions and thoughts. No discrimination on one another. We all work here as a team, friends and family. One Farrer Hotel is truly a great place to be in for exploring new experience.
    The challengesTo undertake the reservations manager role in short period of time. It would have been better if proper and sufficient training. Nevertheless, with the support of the managments and bosses, the new task is manageable.
