    Orange valley gives me the worst experience 👎 I never recommend this one ☝️ should avoid Thank you
    The good thingsI’m not enjoy coz all of colleagues are so bad like biases and not fair every time
    The challengesStaff management also should be improved There is clear unfair treatment. When staff who are close to the NM make mistakes, they are not scolded. But new staff are shouted at immediately for small mistakes, without proper guidance or teaching. All staff, including SN and EN, should support each other and share the workload. Unfortunately, some staff do not help and only watch others work, sometimes taking advantage of us.There is a clear sense of superiority, with staff saying “I am SN” or “I am EN” to treat others. Management should pay attention to this issue.

    one of the worst company I ever used to work.
    The good thingssome of the staff are good and friendly.
    The challengesThe management is really bad and you have no chance to express yourself in front of them. Benefits are terrible, they will cut down as much as they can by giving different reasons. They sure will not give you anything that will come through the government. there is no chance for you to climb the ladder in your profession.

    The challengesThey never care for the welfare of their staffs. Selfish company who only think of their own. All staffs are exhausted and doesn’t feel any benefits from the company. I regret working here
