There is clear unfair treatment. When staff who are close to the NM make mistakes, they are not scolded. But new staff are shouted at immediately for small mistakes, without proper guidance or teaching.
All staff, including SN and EN, should support each other and share the workload. Unfortunately, some staff do not help and only watch others work, sometimes taking advantage of us.There is a clear sense of superiority, with staff saying “I am SN” or “I am EN” to treat others. Management should pay attention to this issue.
