    Poor culture, management can't seem to decide between credit quality and business
    The good thingsAverage pay, but good number of annual leave. Small office in Singapore but company makes an effort to organise company events to keep employees feel inclusive. Good work-life balance since they try to kick you out of office after work hours. Only the RMs seem to work overtime all the time.
    The challengesBack office segregated from front and mid office, and process is typically slower than other banks or financial institutions. Credit team very distant although they sit right beside relationship managers.
