    if given a chance, I would love to work yet again !
    The good thingsYes, it is a very pleasant working environment. By chance, I started as Wahouse Assistant though applied for Shipping post. The moment I was shown to it's storage, I fell in love! entirety different from my last Warehouse experience - with forklifts hurried up and down in warehouse stacked with pallets of goods to the loading bays ! I was lucky as the head-turning lady mgr shortlisted me was on leave, attended by IT manager !! However, EVERY morning office staff next to storage is ordering warehouse staff to buy coffee! Canteen is just across the street! Warehouse staff is not employed to buy coffee!! unhappy, I quit ! 😞
    The challengesDuring my short stint there the Japanese MD is not stationed in Singapore office, staff turnover rate is very high ! If only if a few feeling insecure, older seniors delegate jobs to people working under them instead of making himself indispensable! that's my 2-cent worth! Thank you.

    Empty promises
    The good thingsGood things about this company: Long working hours, as work load super heavy. If you apply a day of A/leave, you get 1000+ emails. Promises made during interview was not kept. High turn over rates. Colleagues are good, except one of the management (a lady).
    The challengesManagement issues more the others. They have to re-consider the job scope given to all staffs.
