I worked at OSIM International full-time for more than 1 yearThe good things<<Pros>>
1) Free, limited parking, got Cafe shop and sports facilities.
2) Best celebrity endorsement and retail experience.
3) Promote good company culture/visions and but actually running is not as your expectation.
4) Some nice colleagues.
5) Physical Building comfortable.
The challenges<<Cons>>
1) Insufficient HR briefing during 1st join the day, not very flexible and cannot suggest.
2) Unforeseen and lots indirect reporting to... No clear reporting structure.
3) Below average innovation and limiting creativity from staffs.
4) Collaboration between departments/senior managers looks ok but actually not.
5) Crucial deadlines & direction not clear or keep changing. Management always as a predefined answer and you did not hit jackpot and even staff change way and improve still as a staff you are wrong; manager always has own self-interest, less leadership.
6) Perfection is the key from Manager to staff, Micro-manage everyone, conflict with the Company Motor & Vision.
