What’s it like working at Penguin International?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Penguin International appreciate the company's resilience in surviving crises and challenging times, as well as the fairly good salary and bonus compensation. They value having good colleagues and cross-functional teams that support each other, and the opportunity to learn a lot while working there.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as concerns about the working environment not being entirely friendly, a high turnover rate, particularly for foreign employees, and the need to multi-task and withstand pressure, handling multiple tasks within and beyond one's job scope. Additionally, there may be a need for more recognition, rewards, and motivation, especially for foreign employees, and during economic downturns, there may be an impact on increments and bonuses.
