    They will stretch you to your limits and super thinly until you snap, they will still dont bother much and everything is always last minute
    The good thingsIf the team respects you, you're gonna have a great team
    The challengesManagement will just decide without you, don't even get you involve on the meeting and/or planning even though you are a 'part of the management' especially if it concerns your department. Always the last minute demands and execution. Very 'Shaddy' as well. There's also a 'champion' in the company.
