    A Reliable Agency to work with
    The good thingsMy agency VP is a helpful and understanding manager. He honours his word and do what he says when implementing incentive for staff. He also shows care and concern in terms of the welfare of the staff.
    The challengesNo access to knowledge base and shared drive, have to ask senior or team lead when encounter issue. Some issues can google, some are company specific.
