    The good thingsThe well-develop team work in the office blend the employees within the team together. It helps to establish strong relationship which provides a feeling of safety and replying on one another's trust. The strong bonding within the team helps to foster creativity and learning:whereby the team work together as a team, brainstorming ideas as a group, helping to resolve problems and challenges faced at the work place. The company also provides attractive good employees benefits (including annual health screening and dental), which helps to retain the employees.
    The challengesThere is a lack of process and leadership in the company, which results in the lack of the directions. There is a lack of communications with the leaders which causes alot of misunderstandings, frustration and anxiety within the organisation. It causes the low morale and motivation in the employees. As a result, over work employees is commonly sighted, which lower the employees productivity and increases stress level. There is also a high turn over rate in the company resulting in loss of important information and overall productivity.
