    The challengesPeople working there are mostly cold to each other. Communicating between colleagues are seen less. People working there are expect to learn quickly new things, even within a few days.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working in this company because some of colleagues became my good friends and they came from different races. My previous manager had a very good leadership and a team player, well actually all of us were.

    The good thingsI like some of their staff benefits, annual leave and attractive bonus. Most importantly, I get a chance to learn how to register new cars online with LTA.
    The challengesThe company should come out with a good plan for admin dept for filing and car registration so that the staffs can work better and faster.

    The good thingsVery good colleagues, supervisors, team leaders and managers. The salary and incentives are very good. Training will be in KL
    The challengesNeed to face demanding, fussy and high end customers need to do overtime and quite a bit of paper work
