    The good thingsThere is nothing good in this company
    The challengesTotally 0 structure, management have no aim and vision. Management can promise the sky and moon but nothing will be delivered. For sales if you reach sales target management will change their words and say that is not the sales target set for me actually is 2x higher. end up no commission of the year. very very micromanagement. 1 person doing 2 person job but little pay with no pay increment and no career prospect and advancement.

    Don't go and work there if possible
    The good thingsStrong new working but not earn but the management, rather all major communication is done by the sales manager.
    The challenges- Management lack foresight - All incoming and outgoing email are being copy to the boss, - No policy to keep the good staff from looking for better jobs - Lacks of sufficient funds to purchased replacement tooling and machine.
