    You can’t take leave, and the working hours are long. When they recruit employees, they advertise great benefits, but I can’t see where these so-called good benefits are. Apart from a box of biscuits and some drinks, there’s nothing else. They’re unwilling to give raises, and even the equipment—you have to provide your own. If you want to learn something, I don’t recommend applying to this company. Not recommended at all.
    The good thingsThere are no beautiful things. The equipment is old, and every time they tell us to figure out a way to deal with it. When we raise concerns, they say we’re shirking responsibility. Their son always claims he can do this or that, but in the end, he doesn’t know anything and just yells at people.
    The challengesThey are a family company. When you apply for a certain position, sometimes they’ll ask you to help move things—and it happens every time.

    A Family-Run Business with Poor Management and Zero Appreciation, The company is family-run with too many bosses, leading to confusion and poor decision-making. The pay was low, with unrealistic promises of earning more through commission. Long hours, forced overtime, and micromanagement made the job even harder, with no recognition for extra effort. Leave is another major issue—employees have to beg for their entitlements, and I was even told to postpone my marriage due to low leave balance. There are no bonuses, minimal annual leave, and very limited medical benefits. The turnover rate is high, with people leaving after just a day or two. Ridiculous policies like no mobile phone use or limited toilet breaks make it feel like employees are treated as children.

    Do not join this company if you want to see growth and be respected as a human. You will feel suffocated and micro managed. Definitely a Zero rating. The government body MUST check on this company.
    The good thingsThey will recruit anyone and everyone because they are desperate for people as many keep resigning
    The challengesWORST COMPANY. MOM should be reviewing this company as so many people keep resigning. Toxic management bear in mind this is a family business. Father to kids they are excellent in brain washing. Will not gv AL and will show black face if you take MC. They even asked us to postpone our own wedding bcus they are not happy with us taking leaves. Will make you work compulsory overtime and on Saturdays. And no bonus at all !!! I have worked here for. 1.5years due to commitment so pls trust me when I say you will regret. If you are aged and looking for time pass job this is fine 9-7/8pm job. Always on computer daily making 150 to 200 calls constructing payments. They also don't increase salary and will brain wash you to take commission based where the salary is adjust to lower and the commission is not much. Infact since some had started earning more through commission the company has reduced the commission rate so tt you don't take home more. I would gv zero rating if possible to save anyone I can from joining this company.
