The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally equiped with diffrent greater outlook personally. The company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment whereby staff & store safety are always high prioirity. One of the things I like about the team is that they are super helful & reliable. The strength of the company's leadership is seen in us working well alongside shown by clients coming back for repurchases. Some of the benefits that staff get to enjoy are great handmade uniform shoes & an executive tailored fit suit.
The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by able to outfront handle the workload stress which could be from clients timeline requests, meeting demands, performance maintaining KPIs - of VPT UPT monthly. Due to Individual sales sometimes team culture could be affected but to learn it would be part of working industry enabling your success and growth. Nevetheless there would be always support rendered immediately by management & UK client service dept whom greatly assists us at times.

A strict and a great place to work ( environment and other workers )
The good thingsI got to learn about handling small duties ; ( getting drinks for guests , maintaining cleanliness of the selling floor , ensure that required stocks are taken and given for respective stores , time management for IOT, and respecting the workers as well as the guests ) which really made me more confident as i took gradual steps to improve myself as a retail assistant and better understand the needs of the company , as well as learning from a prestigious and a big brand really started off well as my first ever retail job
The challengesI don’t really have any challenges working for this company , as i listened to advices and followed the rules accordingly , all went well smoothly without any worries
