    Do not go there unless you want to experience the worst parts and learn.
    The good thingsThe employee level workers are friendly.
    The challengesThe managers and directors are ego-centered and unreasonable. They just set company ruled based on their tastes and change them whenever they want to without any viable reasons. For example, the co-chairman changed the half-day time leave just because she wanted to. The pay is very low and the work load is crazy. Everyone is working overtime. They think you should work overtime.
