    Hardship never get appreciated
The good thingsThere are still some good people around.
The challengesBetter working environment like our workstation should really redesign. It's hard to work in service line plus the office's bad design make things worst. Management should try to understand the issues front line staffs facing, not just make the appearance looks good but all rotten inside.

Great enviornment with high incentives but long overtime hours
The good thingsI personally enjoyed getting to know everyone in the office including our superior and everyone is friendly. There's always laughter in the office because of some funny colleagues and they make the hard times(month ends) easier to fly through.
The challengesOne of the most challenging aspect to be in a finance office means longer working hours during month end closing. Additionally as it's the car trade industry, COE comes out every two weeks and because there's also a sales target, there will be overtime hours throughout the month. The average OT hours as a junior admin exec is about 30-50 hrs per month.

Fun colleagues to work with, cool training in Germany.
The good thingsWill learn a lot about the Audi brand and company will send their employees to overseas training. A truly amazing experience even just once is enough for you to eye-open and feeling thankful all the way. Appreciate all the arrangement! The management team seems working quite hard on improving the operating flow in terms of increasing productivity and saving cost on unnecessary area.
The challengesVery limited manpower supply and you might need to handle lots of ad hoc within a short time frame from time to time. Well, in customer service line you will definitely get to face some difficult customer. In fact, it's a good chance to learn too! So, be positive~! :)
