What’s it like working at Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd appreciate the opportunities to learn and undergo training, including overseas programs related to the Audi brand. There are still some good colleagues at the company, contributing to a friendly office environment. Work/life balance was cited as a positive by multiple reviewers.

However, some potential challenges were noted, including desires for higher compensation commensurate with increased workload. The office design and workstations could use improvement to create a better work environment. There were comments around poor management and lack of understanding of frontline issues. Long working hours and significant overtime are required, especially during peak periods like month-end close and COE bidding. Employees may face tight deadlines for ad hoc tasks. As a customer-facing role, staff must be prepared to deal with difficult customers at times.

The good thingsThere are still some good people around.
The challengesBetter working environment like our workstation should really redesign. It's hard to work in service line plus the office's bad design make things worst. Management should try to understand the issues front line staffs facing, not just make the appearance looks good but all rotten inside.
