slow progression but i have a great boss
The good thingsshift work was the best. but after sometime you are required to go non shift. first thing, youll lose approx 600-800$. depending on your luck, some mgrs dont bother about your work, as long as it is done.
The challengesnot open to ideas, or colleagues stealing your work and claiming credit for it. no work life balance.

Kind of a con job - was hired for skills I am good at, but tasked to work I am not good at and negatively judged
The good thingslocation is at the edge of the CBD and is very accessible.
The challengesSpecific to my department dealing with a software product: - constantly shifting timelines - unclear expectations - communications by the boss is fraught with ulterior motives - constant office politics between departments Was hired for business analysis and UX design, but constantly judged for project management and technical knowledge whichI am not good at.

    Great Poly Internship
The good thingsNot only supervisors but also other engineers are very friendly and helpful towards interns. PSA has it's own food court. Salary is higher than any other poly internships.
The challengesThe one of the sector that I worked during internship is very advance. So first day of internship, I didn't understand most part of my project. But with my own research and guidance of the supervisor, I get through it.
