    slow progression but i have a great boss
    The good thingsshift work was the best. but after sometime you are required to go non shift. first thing, youll lose approx 600-800$. depending on your luck, some mgrs dont bother about your work, as long as it is done.
    The challengesnot open to ideas, or colleagues stealing your work and claiming credit for it. no work life balance.

    The good thingsThey pay very well. Work live balance is the great.
    The challengesProbably the only one in pilot boat can do crabbing to alongside a moving vessel that trills Singapore Pilot.
