Good exposure for candidate new to the workforce, for mid-career please avoid as this is not the place for retirements.
The good thingsLots of events and activities, and proper leave.
The challengesPoor documentations and politics. Seniors would be withholding knowledges from juniors and will not share the knowledge unless work being tasked to do requires the knowledge. Very hard to find friend and even colleagues in there.

Good learning ground but not definitely not place to stay. Unless you are a local U grade, PSLP and scholar. If not, highly not recommended.
The good thingsHaving flexible work arrangement
The challenges-Very competitive work environment. -Bosses is very demanding and unmotivating -Expectation is high but not much coaching is given - Typical Ministry set up where progression is limited by paper qualification (Good grades and promotions are mainly given to PSLP officers, Scholars or PAs with backings) -Does not walk the talk on performance based. -A lot of fluff work without knowing the ground.

A company that grows and nurtures your career
The good thingsThis is a company advocates growth in career, has many opportunities to expand your resume and is family orientated. They also believe in ensuring that your career path is well planned and has the ability to bring out the best in you
The challengesOne greatest challenge is that there is a multi-level approval system here to ensure that funds are well spent.
