    Good exposure for candidate new to the workforce, for mid-career please avoid as this is not the place for retirements.
    The good thingsLots of events and activities, and proper leave.
    The challengesPoor documentations and politics. Seniors would be withholding knowledges from juniors and will not share the knowledge unless work being tasked to do requires the knowledge. Very hard to find friend and even colleagues in there.
