The good thingsThe company culture is simple and not so political. The management are diligent and willing to give people opportunities for career advancement. Staff are remunerated fairly according to their hard work and responsibility.
Great deals of opportunities for you to learn and progress. Stress bound to be experienced during the progress of a project, but you will never be alone at the job. There will be staff who are willing to lend you a hand during the tough time and job satisfaction will be achieve upon completion of work.
The challengesThe company had grown over the years and the management need to adopt some change management to up keep to the expectation of current market forces.
But some time allowance needed to be given to the management. While company is under going a business transformation, the management, on the other hand, are working very hard to strike a balance between the business per se and the growing expectation of market forces.
Working hours some times can be longer due to urgency of work. If not, generally its alright.
