The good thingsTop Management are very closing to ground, feeling like your own work place. Many activities, staff promotions, good bonuses and gathering..🥰🥰
The challengesEnsure expectations and instructions are clearly aligned across to the teams and Departments head to streamline approval processes to reduce delays (such as contract department shall make a decision faster not to hindering the delaying for projects.)

Disorganized work environment with outdated attitudes, poor planning, and an imbalanced work-life situation, though they occasionally provide catering.
The good thingsThey do occasionally arrange catering in the office or outside
The challengesTerrible place to work. Many old-timers with outdated work attitudes. Most tasks are poorly planned, everything ends up rushed at last minute. Work-life balance is completely unbalanced. Yearly bonus is performance-based, partial given, with one paid before CNY and the other in June or July.

    Terrible place to work for
The good thingsNothing good about this company
The challengesHighly toxic management. Practice micro managing in everything and makes working here very suffocating. Management shows zero empathy towards staff and blows every little thing out of proportion. Do not work here.
