    Micromanaging was very bad. Over controlling of the staffs. Implement unreasonable rules for staffs
    The good thingsThere was nothing good about working at radha exports
    The challengesthere was a very high level of micromanaging. They change the rules as and when they like. They put in many restrictions and expect you to work like a prisoner. Shouldnt have any outside life during work. Go toilet also they monitor will time and use that against you and claim you as incapable.

    The good thingsThe best thing they don't chase us for any completion the trust they keep on us make us react more responsible towards our work. I like the way Madam Dinisha Gangaram treat employees, the freedom and trust she show for employees is speechless.
    The challengesYou should be flexible working any hour of the day. Should work in high pressure at times as everything at last can make a huge difference in capital, so be cautious at every move we make do consider about our company reputation.
