    Micromanaging was very bad. Over controlling of the staffs. Implement unreasonable rules for staffs
    The good thingsThere was nothing good about working at radha exports
    The challengesthere was a very high level of micromanaging. They change the rules as and when they like. They put in many restrictions and expect you to work like a prisoner. Shouldnt have any outside life during work. Go toilet also they monitor will time and use that against you and claim you as incapable.

    The challengesOverload of work. Company take advantage of senior employee to cover foreign employee job scopes. Salary calculation not consistent.
