Terrible and regretful on choice of decision
The good thingsNothing good here if you do not know how to play politic
The challengesToxic management, micromanaging, blaming culture, favoritism, poor benefits, messy HR, no appreciation no career progression if you don't know how to play politics. Managers control whatever they want, HR is only their underdogs, and higher management or operation will not interfere with managers

    High Pay and Chill Environment
The good thingsHigh pay, air conditioned, less-tensed work environment (protocols and SOP)
The challengesFrequently rosters double shifts, occasionally toxic colleagues, puts doctors on a pedestal not out of respect but because they "approve your bonuses", some work processes are redundant and archaic (may increase errors at times)

    Wonderful
The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is they are really friendly and outgoing . They always encourage you and make work feel easier
The challengesOne of the contributing factors to work stress is that it is normal to face angry patients / people who comes to the hospital but it is honestly manageable.

    Resistance to Change
The good thingsDirect supervisor was supportive and location is within 2 minutes from the MRT station.
The challengesTop management reluctant and do not support change, welfare and benefits are poor (not comparable to the industry as a whole), emphasis on doctors but not on administrative staff, leaders don't recognise good work, rewarding undesirable behaviours.
