    Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
    After getting my security license it was the 2nd security firm I joined, company was good and understanding the best thing was payment was always prompt no issues in that department
    The good thingsI enjoyed looking forward to pay days and quite flexible in off days but only once a week since it's a 6 days a week job scope..
    The challengesThe only challenging this was the payment was good but the benefits were quite poor and if it's a few man job project there will always be shortfall.. it's best if you did a 1 man show job..
