    Good Company but lack of appreciation among corporate staff
    The good thingsNot difficult to work with other teams and departments. You have the freedom to get things done in your own way. It's a very cohesive team and we can get along very well with each other professionally and casually. Work can be done quite fast as it is a flat structure.
    The challengesOne thing is lacking is a good reward system as the management seems to believe in rewarding hard work through non-remuneration systems as opposed to providing yearly bonuses or incentives to all deserving staffs.
