Be prepared to burn your weekends and bring forward your annual leave. No work life balance. Unfair managers. Hierachical style of managing.
The good thingsThe rapport build with elderly patients.
The challengesThe management team at Ren Ci Hospital, including senior managers and the ED, are mostly unfair, authoritarian, and work focused. Those considering working there must commit to long hours working six days a week. No work-life balance is possible. Think twice those with kids and children.

Miscommunication between me and my colleague
The good thingsI do love to interact with the residents and understand how they have gone through in life and listening and to understand them and meet their expectations (their preferences).
The challengesI have been given an unexpected verbal warning letter indicates yes,i have done misconduct as the protocol in this company .Starting from my first day on the job,Its only basically code of conduct not clearly verbalize properly when im on the grounds during my duty as most of my colleagues are quite busy. Its all due to unfair Miscommunication. Sometimes me the one working, has some issues outside work. No understanding between me and my colleagues.
