    The good thingsBT is a family centered company. The management will guide you how to have a work life balanced. There is always a program like health program, anti stress program and soft skill training program. The client they have are multinational muti racial which give you opportunity to work with peers all over the world. There is always room for improvement and coaching, training is being offered as well. overall satisfaction for the company.
    The challengesCommitment, what you have accepted will need to work. There is no turning back once the commitment is given to customers. Irregardless of lack of skills which is being offered internally you have to delivery at all cost. The management is very prompt to jump into an issue without waiting it being escalated hence giving lesser time for individual to prove how skilled they are in such situation. All the people is busy on project delivery and if you didnt raised concern you will end up managing alone.
