    Bad working experience after change of management
    The good thingsOnly exist in the past (before 2019/new management come in) - good manager - good colleagues - good working environment - enjoyable working experience
    The challenges- super low pay, 1% increment yearly only - bad management: expects backend office to work outside of working hours (weekends too) - management only sides with salespeople - no SOP for some dept (especially Sales), causing inconvenience & more work to backend office - salespeople expect other dept to accommodate them, just because they bring in revenue

    The good thingsColleagues who will help and are friendly
    The challengesPoor management in the company. Very micromanaging and need to look at everything you do. Don't treat us as working adults and always make things difficult even for us as sales person when we bring in the money. Financial Head that always wants things her way without knowing the right thing to do

    It’s not so bad, just need a little fine tuning
    The good thingsWork life balance, pay is always on time, friendly and helpful colleague, target is achievable if you put effort into it
    The challengesDocumentation is too much and hectic for sales person. Hope this process can be improve so sales staff can have more time to focus on the core activity which is seeing customer and close deal. Backend need to be more supportive.

    The good thingsGood thing happen to you only if you are a performer. If not no one even bother about you. No growth at all.
    The challengesLack of support and back end is not organised. Accounts a big mess, chase wrong customer for money but always mention nothing is wrong. Management does not take constructive feedbacks and only look purely at numbers.

    The challengesManagement doesn't get into the shoes of sales people to understand the challenges. Sales person needs to do all the documentations with no support from other department. Communication is bad and no urgency from back office.

    The challengesFood around office expensive. Management no direction. Always pressing for sales but back end run like sme. Finance alway right and everyone is wrong. Cannot do paper work properly but blame us. Messed up finance.

    Poor Management and high staff turnover
    The good thingswork environment is at Mapletree Business city and their surroundings are good. Bright lights but small work tables, free coffee when I was there. There are often staff welfare activities organised by staff team
    The challengesSteep learning curve, high workload, only some people need to OT but some just leave on the dot. Did not see my future in staying this company. Too many rigid policies and too many complaints from customers. Management do not treat customers as king. I did not hear any positive feedback from anyone regarding this brand. My manager has not done anything positive guidance to me.

    Not too bad
    The good thingsEmployer is willing to listen when going through certain issue during work. They give advice when there are issue that are beyond what you can do.
    The challengesEnsure there are no mistake with the monthly report & cash transaction. Ensure there are no issue for the refund. Contact the office should there be a delay for the invoice that was supposed to reach our customer on certain day each month.

    Systemic company, but heading to nowhere sales management
    The good thingsNice pantry and good looking office environment overlooking the pasir panjang wharf area. Benefits are good and quite standard of an MNC largely made up of local people from the highest management.
    The challengesSales personnel right up to sales managers stay very late to appease sales management to make it seem like they are working very hard in spite lack of sales figures. Pressure cooker environment to hit sales numbers.

    The good thingsNice colleagues which are helpful & friendly. Superior (Boss) is very understanding, protective, nurturing, very encouraging.
    The challengesYou can't provide good service as the schedules are quite tight. It's stressful when you can't fulfill the needs and requests of the customers as you have a time limit for each call so you can't provide the best with the time restriction.
