Bad working experience after change of management
The good thingsOnly exist in the past (before 2019/new management come in)

The challenges- super low pay, 1% increment yearly only
- bad management: expects backend office to work outside of working hours (weekends too)
- management only sides with salespeople
- no SOP for some dept (especially Sales), causing inconvenience & more work to backend office
- salespeople expect other dept to accommodate them, just because they bring in revenue

The challengesPoor management in the company. Very micromanaging and need to look at everything you do. Don't treat us as working adults and always make things difficult even for us as sales person when we bring in the money. Financial Head that always wants things her way without knowing the right thing to do
