    Horrible wih RMA but good with MHA/GRU
    The good thingsI am outsource to MHA/GRU, it was a great client to work with. Support was given for all 6 months. Enjoyable working environment.
    The challengesHorrible support from RMA, not open to salary package discussion (Staff said if pay too low, they can withdraw my application), no proper onboarding, not properly support throughout the 6 months. Never prepare any Aviva card for me till I ask how to claim my medical bill. Spend whole month also not sort even till last day of my work.

    Contract under RMA but outsourced by a government agency
    The good things- Able to work in government agencies.
    The challenges- Very hard to get your salary and AWS can get cut. - business executive will call you and provide you empty promises to which your pay will come in on a certain date. When there is none of their business in the payroll. Employees are confused.
